ABOUT ME
I’m María Sada , an emerging artist born in Madrid in 1993.
I originally trained as a classical singer, studying to become a soprano, but my love for the visual arts has been with me since childhood. I’ve always been that kind of person who feels a spark when creating something new.
At 13, I started taking painting lessons and fell in love with the process: the textures, the light, the silence between brushstrokes. I studied realistic oil painting, and from that foundation, I began to shape my own visual language, evolving into a more modern and expressive style.
My artistic journey took a beautiful turn in 2018, when I was living in Mexico. The country’s vibrant colors, nature, and energy deeply influenced my work and they still breathe through many of my paintings today.
Recently, I created Noctel Studio, a space where I merge my passion for the moon, astrology, and pop art. It’s a reflection of my inner world: dreamy, colorful, and full of emotion, and it’s been wonderful to see my pieces travel to homes in Mexico, Miami, New York, London, and even Japan. Art, for me, is a way of connecting with the world, with energy, and with ourselves.
